Overview

Ashley Anderson has been in the field of wellness since 2012. As a certified personal trainer, she has helped hundreds of clients reach their weight-loss, strength, and mobility goals with an intentional and corrective exercise approach.

As a licensed registered dietitian, she has spent years working in community wellness with clients who have diabetes, high blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome, autoimmune conditions—like Chron’s disease, Celiac disease, and Hashimoto’s disease—and individuals with metabolic syndrome, sleep apnea, and those who are overweight to help them feel better, lose body fat, reduce inflammation, improve their symptoms, and get off their medications and C-PAP machines.

Ashley’s passion for a functional and holistic approach continues to grow as she helps her clients pair the psychology of behavior change with nourishing their bodies through her online coaching business Move Fully Nourished. The relationship between nutrition, mindset, and exercise go hand in hand and the goal Ashley has for all her clients is to feel confident eating and moving in a healthy way that they can sustain for the rest of their lives!

In her Move Fully Nourished virtual practice, Ashley offers functional lab testing to help her clients get to the ROOT cause of their ailments. Because Ashley believes it’s important to ASSESS and not GUESS and that every person’s needs are unique, she believes a data driven, individualized program is what every person deserves!

Fatigue, hair loss, difficulty concentrating, skin rashes, achy muscles,

Micronutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants,
play an essential role in human health. They are important for energy production; protecting your immune system; and for proper repair, growth, and development. We get micronutrients from the foods we eat and a diet that lacks enough variety may lead to a nutritional deficiency, while excessive supplement use may lead to a toxic surplus of micronutrients in the body. These nutritional imbalances contribute to a variety of chronic while excessive diseases. By testing your individual levels, we analyze, interpret, and design an individualized program to fit your needs and health goals!

Disordered Eating Habits

During a sound healing session, also known as a sound bath, you’ll typically lie down on the massage table or a yoga mat, perhaps cuddle up with a cozy blanket, and simply listen as Dawn plays a variety of instruments and you “bathe” in the soothing sounds and vibrations. The sound frequencies then slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body’s system of self-healing.

Choosing nutritious foods and watching portion sizes can help you control blood sugar levels. A woman’s nutritional status during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not only critical for her health, but also for that of future generations. Nutritional requirements during pregnancy differ considerably from those of non-pregnant women, and a personalized approach to nutritional advice is beneficial for optimal health outcomes of mama and baby!

Pediatric nutrition is important for the appropriate growth and development of a child. This is an important time to lay foundations for healthy eating habits for families and to prevent and treat health issues including picky eating behaviors

Adolescent Nutrition

Adolescence is the second-fastest growth stage in life after infancy. The adolescent’s growth spurt requires higher energy demands for many nutrients. This is also an important time to be cognizant of the influence that “diet-culture” has on young minds. Some teens have a need for even more nutrients if they are active in sports, following a special diet, or have an eating disorder
