Overview

Shailly has faced the challenge of depression for several years, and at times it seemed impossible to overcome. Despite this, she managed to maintain a full-time corporate job, stay at home to care for her children, and successfully manage the disease throughout her 17-year marriage. The turning point in her journey towards improvement was when she made the decision to address her depression by seeking out a skilled therapist, incorporating extensive meditation and yoga practices, taking antidepressants, and realizing the significance of making various lifestyle, dietary, and energetic changes. Be360 has given her the opportunity by breaking the stigma and promoting open and honest conversations about mental health. We can help individuals feel more comfortable seeking help and ultimately reduce the impact of depression on individuals and society as a ‘whole’.
